Vice Chairmen. The vice chairman (or vice chairmen) shall assist the chairman in the discharge of his duties as the chairman may direct and shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the chairman or by the Management Committee. Except in those instances in which the authority to execute is expressly delegated to another officer or agent of the Partnership or a different mode of execution is expressly prescribed by the Management Committee, each vice chairman may execute for the Partnership any contracts, deeds, mortgages, bonds or other instruments which the Management Committee has authorized to be executed.

Vice Chairmen. If the Trustees shall elect one or more Vice Chairmen, the Vice Chairman or if there shall be more than one, such Vice Chairmen in the order of their seniority or as otherwise designated by the Trustees, shall preside at meetings of the Shareholders and of the Trustees, and shall exercise such other powers and duties of the Chairman as the Trustees shall determine.
Vice Chairmen. The Board of Directors may appoint one or more Vice Chairmen of the Association. In the absence of the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and the President, and, in the order of their appointment to the office, the Vice Chairmen shall exercise the powers and duties of the Chief Executive Officer related to meetings of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee and the powers and duties of the Chairman related to meetings of the shareholders. Each Vice Chairman shall have general executive powers as well as the specific powers conferred by these By-Laws. Each of them shall also have such powers and duties as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Board of Directors, the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, or the President.
Vice Chairmen vi. The Council shall conduct and be responsible for the day -to-day operation of Government. All decisions shall be made by consensus of all the members.

The Vice Chairmen shall advise and counsel with the Chairman and with other officers of the Company, and each shall do and perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Managers, and as he may undertake at the request of the Chairman.

  • The President the Treasurer and the Secretary shall be elected by the Trustees upon the occurrence of any vacancy in any such office. Other officers, if any, may be elected or appointed by the Trustees at any time. Vacancies in any such other office may be filled at any time.

  • Chief Operating Officer Subject to the powers of the Company Board, the chief executive officer and the president, the chief operating officer of the Company shall have general and active management of the business of the Company. The chief operating officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the president are carried into effect. The chief operating officer shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the chief executive officer, the president or the Company Board.
