Assistant Secretaries definition

Assistant Secretaries means the individuals listed on Exhibit “C” attached hereto serving as Assistant Secretaries to the Company as set forth in Article VIII and any subsequent Assistant Secretaries as may be elected by the Member.

"Share of Common Stock" shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.06. "Transfer" shall mean any sale, exchange, transfer, assignment, pledge or other disposition of all or any portion of, or any interest in, Shares of Common Stock. Examples of Assistant Secretaries in a sentence

  • In the event of the absence, inability or refusal to act of the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary (or if there shall be more than one, the Assistant Secretaries in the order determined by the Board of Directors) shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary.
