Venue Rules. Rules are identified in Attachment B (Venue Rules) that apply to the Renter’s family/friends and vendors involved in set-up, rehearsal, wedding, and/or clean-up. These rules are to be provided and communicated to the family/friends/vendors involved in the event by the Renter. The Manager will provide oversight of the property during the period of the Renter’s use and will provide guidance on the venue rules. The event planner/coordinator will be expected to enforce the venue rules. These rules are intended to help the Manager provide a safe and enjoyable venue for the Renter, guests, and vendors and preserve the property and neighborhood peace. This is an active farm with equipment, structures, and fields that could be damaged or provide a hazard to guests. This property is adjacent to residential neighbors and thus noise must be controlled. This property has many historic features that require all vendors and guests to recognize and assist in preserving them.
Venue Rules. A. Client agrees and understands that [Company Short Name] may be limited by the guidelines and restrictions of the Event Location, and Client agrees to accept the results that may occur from having to adhere to those guidelines and restrictions.

Client is responsible for notifying [Company Short Name] of any site and/or venue restrictions, guidelines, or rules. Vendor Relations [This section depends on how your workflow is set up. Adjust accordingly.] [Company Short Name] is not responsible for hiring individual vendors for the event or any related events including but not limited to caterers, florists, photographers, musical entertainment, etc. Client is responsible for hiring and contracting each individual vendor unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, by both [Company Short Name] and Client.
Venue Rules a. Renter will comply with the current rules of the Venue and Property adopted by Owner and will cause all of it agents employees, invitees, and visitors to do the same. Said Rules and Regulations are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A.
Venue Rules. By entering the Event, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules or other regulations. We may at our sole discretion reserve the right to refuse admittance or exclude any attendees who does not respect the above said rules as well as behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Venue Rules. Licensee will observe and abide by the Venue Rules at all times. Club reserves the right to refuse admission, eject, and/or revoke the right to enter or remain in the Venue and/or the PHL Seats, without refund, for Licensee or any of its Guests failing to comply with the Venue Rules or engaging in any misconduct, as determined by Club. In addition to complying with the Venue Rules, Licensee will maintain a high level of decorum at all times while using the PHL Seats, and will discontinue the use of and access to the PHL Seats by anyone exhibiting disruptive, indecent, offensive, or illegal behavior.
Venue Rules. 3.1 At all times while you are in the Venue you must abide by the TW Conditions of Use and Entry which you can find at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/ and all other rules or regulations of which TA advises you from time to time, including but not limited to the TA Member Protection Policy (which is available for viewing at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxx-xxx- policies/policies).
Venue Rules. Lessor and Xxxxxx’s guests shall at all times abide by the Venue Rules attached hereto as Exhibit B. In the event any of the Rules are not followed, Lessor may forfeit some or all of the Additional Security Deposit.
