Vendor Experience. All applicants must describe the qualifications of their organization on the Demonstrated Effectiveness and Organizational Capacity chart found in Attachment 1. Descriptions should include staff experience, prior experience working with similar projects, geographical area it is capable of servicing, coordination with core WIOA Partners and other community organizations.   • Prior Experience 3.4.6 The teacher is responsible for providing proof of experience satisfactory to the School Division in accordance with this article.

  • Credit for Experience A. Newly employed teachers will receive the equivalent year's credit for each year of experience. The experience granted will be equal to the FTE experience for each year worked. This credit will be granted if, in the judgment of the Superintendent, the teaching experience has been appropriate to the position which has been offered. For example, teaching experience at the secondary level may not be appropriate if the applicant is being considered for an elementary position. Placement on the salary schedule beginning with the 2017-18 contract year will be accomplished in the following manner:

  • Credit for Prior Experience Credit shall be given new employees in initial step placement of the wage scale set forth in Appendix A for prior experience directly related to the same classification. Credit for prior experience which is somewhat related to the position for which the applicant applies will be granted on a basis of one (1) year credit for two (2) years’ experience.

  • Work Experience Formula hour equivalents will be given on the basis of the following number of students enrolled at fourth week census: 5-14 students enrolled = 1 (one) formula hour 15-24 students enrolled = 2 (two) formula hours 25-34 students enrolled = 3 (three) formula hours

  • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period.

  • For example If an employee utilises two weeks recreation leave over a period of four weeks at half pay, service based entitlements (e.g. personal leave, long service leave, paid parental leave) will be deferred by two weeks.
