Vacation, Holidays, and Leave. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to vacation, holidays, and leave in accordance with the reasonable practices of Holding and the Company and as required by Bermuda law.

Vacation, Holidays, and Leave. (a) The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation in each full calendar year of employment with Noram, such vacation to be taken within 12 months of each applicable year end. During 2007, the Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (28 business days) of vacation, and also sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company’s policies established and in effect from time to time.
