Utility Access. Buyer covenants and agrees that it will provide a nonexclusive utility easement from a sewer pump station to be located on the Real Property to Seller’s property immediately adjacent to the east of the Real Property. Buyer will install a sewer line within that easement for the nonexclusive use and benefit of Seller. The location of that sewer line will be determined by Buyer in connection with its location of a school facility and pump station on the Real Property. The cost of that pump station and sewer line will be borne by Buyer in exchange for a reduction of the purchase price of the Real Property as reflected in the Purchase Price set forth in Section 3 above. Utility Access. Other than the existing utilities currently existing in the Premises, Contractor shall provide its own source of power for performing work on the job site. Access to any common area utility (e.g., electrical panels/service, gas valves, water/sewer hook-ups, etc.) shall only be provided by Owner upon one full business day's prior notice.
Utility Access. If a Utility Award Payment is made as described in Section 3 (Utility Award Payments), the following applies. Upon request by the Utility (or its agent) and with prior consent of the Owner which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Owner shall agree to allow Utility to interview the Owner and to enter the Premises at reasonable times throughout the life of the installed equipment to install metering equipment, perform energy audits or inspect the facilities and any equipment installed. The Owner also agrees to cooperate with the Utility or its agent upon request and with prior consent of the Owner, in conducting such activities and/or in analyzing Savings. At all times a representative of the Owner (or its agent) shall be present during such inspections.
Utility Access. Unified Government shall be responsible for the installation and cost of any non-standard utility service or equipment that is not already provided within the operation of the CCC. Xxxxxxx County is not responsible for any interruption or failure of utility service, and Unified Government hereby agrees to release and hold harmless Xxxxxxx County form any and all liability, costs, or damages arising from any interruption of such service.

Utility Access. Tenant shall be responsible for all cost and expense in bringing utilities to the Premises, including water, sewer, electric, natural gas, cable and internet. To the extent reasonably necessary, and at no cost to Landlord, Landlord will grant utility easements to the Premises in favor of utility providers, the location of which shall be selected by Landlord.
Utility Access. Landlord will cooperate with Tenant in order to facilitate Tenant’s access to utilities related to the Property.

  • Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Building Access i. Access to Secured buildings: Contractor will work through the GIT Contract administrator for access to the building.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services.   • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization. Measures: • Multiple authorization levels are used when granting access to sensitive systems, including those storing and processing Personal Data. Authorizations are managed via defined processes according to the SAP Security Policy • All personnel access SAP’s systems with a unique identifier (user ID). • SAP has procedures in place so that requested authorization changes are implemented only in accordance with the SAP Security Policy (for example, no rights are granted without authorization). In case personnel leaves the company, their access rights are revoked. • SAP has established a password policy that prohibits the sharing of passwords, governs responses to password disclosure, and requires passwords to be changed on a regular basis and default passwords to be altered. Personalized user IDs are assigned for authentication. All passwords must fulfill defined minimum requirements and are stored in encrypted form. In the case of domain passwords, the system forces a password change every six months in compliance with the requirements for complex passwords. Each computer has a password-protected screensaver. • The company network is protected from the public network by firewalls. • SAP uses up–to-date antivirus software at access points to the company network (for e-mail accounts), as well as on all file servers and all workstations. • Security patch management is implemented to provide regular and periodic deployment of relevant security updates. Full remote access to SAP’s corporate network and critical infrastructure is protected by strong authentication.

  • Technology Access A. Contractor expressly acknowledges that state funds may not be expended in connection with the purchase of an automated information system unless that system meets certain statutory requirements relating to accessibility by persons with visual impairments. Accordingly, Contractor represents and warrants to System Agency that the technology provided to System Agency for purchase (if applicable under this Contract or any related Solicitation) is capable, either by virtue of features included within the technology or because it is readily adaptable by use with other technology, of:

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS): The information system and standards of conduct contained in Part 37 and Part 38 of the Commission’s regulations and all additional requirements implemented by subsequent Commission orders dealing with OASIS.

  • General Access BCA agrees to provide Agency with access to the Minnesota Criminal Justice Data Communications Network (CJDN) and those systems and tools which the Agency is authorized by law to access via the CJDN for the purposes outlined in Minn. Stat. § 299C.46.
