Joint Use Area definition

Joint Use Area means the West 75 feet and the South 20 feet of the East 45 feet of Parcel 1.
Joint Use Area means those portions of the applicable Leased Building which are demised to Lessee or retained by Lessor and to be used jointly, as more specifically depicted on Exhibits ▇-▇, ▇-▇ and A-12.
Joint Use Area means all baggage claim, hold room, baggage makeup, baggage break-down, tug drive, and any other space available for shared use by aircraft operators in [airports system] Airports System terminal buildings as identified as such in the [airports system] Airports System terminal plan as amended from time to time.

  • Tenant represents, warrants and covenants to Landlord that during the term of this Lease Tenant will cause the Premises at all times to be and remain in compliance with all environmental laws except any portion of the Joint Use Area where Landlord or its employees, agents, contractors or invitees has caused any environmental issues.

Related to Joint Use Area

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;
