Facility Access definition

Facility Access. You may only enter the facility on the date and times you have reserved. You may not infringe upon other reservations. If you wish to set up for your event the day before or the day after your event, you must reserve and pay for those days as well. This includes all deliveries, set up, clean up, caterers, chair companies, tent rentals, etc. If anything is dropped off prior to your reservation day or left at the conclusion of your event, The Park District will dispose of those items without reimbursement. No exceptions will be made. Site visits: If you wish to see the inside of the facility prior to your reservation, please contact the park office to set up a site visit.
Facility Access. Users may only enter the Swimming Pool facility through the main gate nearest to the registration stand. Users must close and lock the gate behind them when entering and exiting the facility. Users may not hold the door open for anyone entering the Ridgetop facility and cannot leave or prop the gate open under any circumstances.
Facility Access. The event hours shall include time needed by Renter to setup and clean up the event space. Areas of the MOCC other than those designated for Renter’s use are off limits. All decorations, equipment and other materials shall be removed from the event space by the end of the event hours unless previous arrangements have been made with the MOCC Administration.

  • The Operational Conditions for Storage Facility Access shall determine the interfaces, processes, methods and relations between Storage Customer and SSO for the use of contractual Storage Capacities.

  • For terminating this Agreement the rules of Article 20 of the General Terms and Conditions for Storage Facility Access shall apply.

  • All EACs are required to wear both a Facility Access Credential and individual Event credential at all times.

  • The Developer may be required to execute a mutually agreeable Stormwater Agreement and Stormwater BMP Facility Access Easement upon request of Village.

We therefore ask for your cooperation by respecting the following access control requirements, which might be changed or updated from time to time at the sole discretion of CRBY. Vessels Owner or representative must notify the CRBY office of any vessel guests requesting access with the reason for the visit prior to arrival. Vessel owner or representative is solely responsible for the behavior of their guests. ALL contractors must be approved by CRBY management BEFORE commencing any work on CRBY premises. Vessel Owner or representative must notify the CRBY office of any contractors who will be performing work on the vessel. Any contractor that is not currently on the approved list will require CRBY approval prior to being granted access to the CRBY yard or commencing work.

Please note: o Other family members who have not executed the referenced agreements or who do not otherwise qualify for Program participation (e.g., age requirements) may not use the code to access the Swimming Pool. o The code may not be shared. o Any email(s) providing the code to access the Swimming Pool may not be forwarded for any reason. o Users will be held financially and legally responsible for any unauthorized access and resulting damage caused or facilitated by his/her sharing of the code to access the Swimming Pool. • Inclement Weather: During inclement weather (lighting visible, thunder audible, or heavy rain such that pool bottom not visible), Users must leave the Swimming Pool and not return until at least 30 minutes has passed since the last instance of inclement weather. • Permitted Activity (Lap Swimming Only): Lap swimming is the only activity permitted as part of the Program. Diving (including, but not limited to use of diving boards and starting blocks) and use of other equipment not intended for lap swimming is strictly prohibited. Program participants are strongly encouraged to swim with another participant of the Program. When swimming alone, swimming plans should be shared with an emergency contact.

System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.
