Use of Bulletin Boards and Mail Service. The Association shall have the right to post notices concerning its business and activities. Also, the Association shall have the right, upon mutual agreement, to post said notices on bulletin boards in faculty office areas. The Association may use the College mail service, provided any cost incurred shall be paid by the Association. It shall also have the right to use the employees' mailboxes and e-mail for communications to them.

The Board shall provide at least one bulletin board in each school building. The Association shall have the right to use the district mail and email service and teacher mailboxes for communication with teachers. Copies of posted notices will be delivered to appropriate supervisory personnel.

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.

  • ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of seniority lists and Union notices one (1) bulletin board in such place so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union.

  • Bulletin Boards and Newsstands The Employer will maintain bulletin board(s) or space on existing bulletin boards currently provided to the Union for union communication. In bargaining units where no bulletin board or space on existing bulletin boards has been provided, the Employer will supply the Union with a board or space. Union communications will not be posted or otherwise disseminated in any other location on the campus, except as provided in the Employer policy and in Section 40.7 below.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.
