Unsolicited Communications. 1. The Insurer will not pay Loss arising out of a violation of a law that restricts or prohibits unsolicited communications. 2. This does not apply to a Security Breach under the Breach Response Insuring Agreements.

Unsolicited Communications. You may not engage in unsolicited, bulk-email distributions, faxes, telephone communications or text messaging or use of any other electronic communications in connection with the advertising, promotion or sale of Stella & & Dot Family Brands Products or in an effort to recruit an individual to your Stella & Dot Family Brands business. You may send electronic communications to (i) any person from whom you have prior consent to contact via the specific mode of communication or (ii) family members, personal friends or any other person with whom you have established a business or personal relationship. You may not collect business cards from an event and subsequently call these contacts unless they gave you permission when you collected the information – this is a form of telemarketing and is not allowed. You may send text messages related to your business to potential customers only if you have either received consent to do so or are sending a text in response to a text message sent to you. If a potential customer requests that you not send text messages, you must refrain from sending that person a text message in connection with your business. Without limiting the above, any electronic communications, including but not limited to, messages sent via e- mail, social networking sites or other means sent by an Independent Business Owner in connection with her/his business must meet the following requirements:

In addition to the above requirements, you must refrain from deceptive subject lines or false header information, and you must honor opt-out requests as soon as possible, and in any event, no later than ten (10) days of receipt of any such request.

Ambassadors are not permitted to advertise through mass mailings or through channels otherwise deemed inappropriate S&D. In addition to the above requirements, you must not use deceptive subject lines or false header information, and you must honor opt-out requests as soon as possible. In fact, ensure all opt-out requests are processed no later than 10 days from the time they are sent.
Unsolicited Communications. Coaches may not send, transmit, or otherwise communicate any spam or other unsolicited mail, e-mail, text, SMS, or other messages to any individual or group. Use of Company provided tools, such as the Back-Office, require that Coaches have a bona fide connection to their message recipients prior to sending correspondence of any kind. Coaches may not buy or use any third party generated e-mail or mailing address lists in conjunction with their OPTAVIA business.
Unsolicited Communications. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any unsolicited communications or materials you transmit to OPC via e‐mail, facsimile, telephone or letter. All such unsolicited communications, including those containing proposals or ideas, shall be and remain the property of OPC. OPC is not nor shall be under no obligation (i) to pay any compensation for using such communication; or (ii) to respond to or post any such communication. You expressly disclaim and waive all rights in any such information or ideas that you submit OPC, and agree that OPC will be free to use it in any way without any obligation to you.
