TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. Both parties may communicate by telephone, but it is agreed that no instructions that require action will be left on any messaging service since neither party can guarantee that they will be received or actioned. Telephone conversations may be recorded by Us for training or monitoring purposes.

TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. Borrower hereby expressly consents to receiving calls and messages, including auto-dialed and pre-recorded message calls and SMS messages (including text messages) from Lender, its affiliates, marketing partners, agents and others calling at Lenders request or on its behalf, at any telephone numbers that Borrower has provided or may provide in the future or otherwise in Lenders possession (including any cellular or mobile telephone numbers).
TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. The Manager agrees that some or all telephone conversations between the parties, including directions or communication given by telephone, may be recorded by the Trustee and that, in the event of any disagreement as to the content of any directions or communication given by telephone, such recording shall be conclusive and determinative of the contents of the directions or communication.
TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. 12.1. In order for Home Credit to render prompt and accurate service, the Customer authorizes Home Credit to record (without Home Credit being necessarily obligated to do so) any and all telephone conversations between Customer and Home Credit, regardless of who initiated the telephone conversation. Such authorization to record includes, but is not limited to, recording of instructions, statements, complaints, inquiries by the Customer, and information regarding the loan and reminders by Home Credit.
TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. For our mutual protection and to enable us to provide better service to you, we may monitor or tape record any of our telephone conversations. If you provide us with a cellular telephone number as a contact number for your account, you agree that we may call that number with service messages or with pre-recorded calls, notwithstanding any state or federal law or regulation that would otherwise prevent us from engaging in this activity without your consent.
TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in a meeting of such board or committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in a meeting pursuant to this subsection shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. We may use automated telephone dialing, text messaging systems, and electronic mail to provide messages to you about important information regarding this Agreement or your relationship with us. The telephone messages may be played by a machine automatically when the telephone is answered, whether answered by you or someone else. These messages may also be recorded by your voicemail. You give us your permission to call or send a text message to any telephone number you have given us or you give to us in the future, or that you have given or give in the future in connection with your Account, and to play pre-recorded messages or send text messages with information about the Agreement over the telephone. You also give us permission to communicate such information to you by push notification or email. You understand that, when you receive such calls, texts, push notifications, or emails, you may incur a charge from the company that provides you with telecommunications, wireless, and/or internet services. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any fees, inconvenience, annoyance, or loss of privacy in connection with such calls, texts, push notifications, or emails. You understand that anyone with access to your telephone or email account may listen to or read the messages, notwithstanding our efforts to communicate only with you. If a telephone number you have provided to us changes, or if you cease to be the owner, subscriber, or primary user of such telephone number, you agree to immediately give us notice of such facts so that we may update our records. If you have the right to revoke consent to autodialed calls under applicable law, you may exercise this right only by calling the One Customer Experience Team at 000-000-0000.

TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. You agree and authorize us to contact you by phone from time to time, to provide you Credit Union related information, and for the purpose of offering you products and services that are offered by the Credit Union or its affiliates. When you give a telephone number directly to us or our agents, or place a telephone call to us or our agents, you authorize us or our agents to place calls to you at that number.
TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. With respect to telephone communications, the Manager shall endeavor to forward written advice (other than by telephone) confirming such telephone communications on the same day that such communications are given to the Trustee. The fact that such written advice is not received or that contrary advice is received by the Trustee shall in no way affect the validity of transactions effected by the Trustee on the basis of the telephone communications.
TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS. In order for PNB to render prompt and accurate service, the Cardholder authorizes PNB to record (without PNB being necessarily obligated to do so) any and all telephone conversations between the Cardholder and PNB or its Customer Service, Telemarketing Service Provider, PNB Collections or its collections service providers, whether initiated by PNB, its Customer Service, Telemarketing Service Provider, PNB Collections or its collections service providers or by the Cardholder, including without limitation, the Cardholder's instructions, statements, complaints, inquiries and PNB's advice and reminders in relation to the Cardholder's Credit Card account with PNB. PNB may use these recordings for any purpose, particularly as evidence in any proceeding, judicial or administrative. The Cardholder likewise agrees that such taped or recorded instructions may be used by PNB, its Customer Service, Telemarketing Service Provider, PNB Collections or its collections service providers against the Cardholder or any third party, or replayed or communicated to any third party. The Cardholder further agrees to waive any right under R. A. No. 4200, otherwise known as the Anti-Wire Tapping Act or any amendments thereto, or any similar law or regulation. The Cardholder agrees to indemnify PNB, its Customer Service, Telemarketing Service Provider, PNB Collections or its collections service providers against any loss, damage, cost, expenses and fees (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) that PNB, Customer Service or its Telemarketing Service Provider, PNB Collections or its collections service providers may suffer or incur arising from PNB or its Telemarketing Service Provider so acting.
