Unsolicited Mail. You may not send email to anyone with whom you do not have a pre-existing relationship, unless the recipient has published or otherwise provided his or her email address in a manner which implies consent to receive the email.
Unsolicited Mail. JewelScent does not permit Consultants to send or drop-off unsolicited mail including, but not limited to, business cards, promotional flyers, and other printed content. It is a federal offense to open someone’s mailbox or to use a mailbox for anything other than USPS posted mail.

  • Certified Mail When mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective upon receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt.
