Union Membership List. 16 PSE will provide a list of those members who have agreed to union membership. In addition, upon 17 request, the District shall have access to view or obtain a copy of the membership authorization. PSE 18 will be the custodian of the records related to union membership/dues deduction authorization. PSE 19 agrees that as the custodian of records, it has the responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safe-keeping 20 of those records.

Union Membership List. The Union shall provide a master list of its members who have signed a Dues Authorization Card to the Employer, therefore, local members shall not be required to sign a new authorization for each new Employer. The parties agree that the Union Security Clause will not be enforced by either party until it is determined lawful by repeal, vote of the General Public or a Court of competent jurisdiction.
