Trust Contributions. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx shall each pay Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) towards the Trust Monies described in Section 6.1(a).
Trust Contributions. The contribution amounts specified in paragraphs (b) through (h) below shall be made to whichever of the following Trust Funds has appropriate jurisdiction: (1) xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Trust of Western Washington; (2) the Washington - Idaho - Montana Carpenters - Employers Trust; or (3) the Ore- gon - Washington Carpenters-Employers Trust .
Trust Contributions. The Employer, in its sole discretion, and subject to the terms of the Plan may at any time, or from time to time, make additional deposits of cash or other property in trust with the Trustee to augment the principal to be held, administered and disposed of by the Trustee as provided in this Trust Agreement. Neither the Trustee nor any Participant shall have any right to compel such additional deposits.
Trust Contributions. The Authority may make regular contributions to the Trustee, including such amounts as determined by applicable actuarial reports prepared under GASB statements 43 and 45 or subsequent GASB statements to finance the payments of the post-employment benefit obligations, and such other amounts as the Authority may designate for those purposes (including contributions made by current employees, Participants and/or Beneficiaries if any).
Trust Contributions. The Parties agree that the amount of City Contributions will be determined by the calculations and terms set out in the Healthcare Contract between the City and the Association.
Trust Contributions. The Employer understands and agrees that continued participation in the Trust and the continued coverage of employees and dependents is conditioned on the Employer making full and timely contributions to the Trust (or its designee) each month of the Plan Year. Failure to make full and timely contribution payments will result in claims payments being delayed and may result in termination of the Employer’s participation in the Trust. In addition, the Trustees may terminate an Employer’s participation in the Trust for a material failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Any early termination of the Employer’s participation, either by the Trust or by the Employer, will be subject to the Delinquent Contribution Policy in Appendix A.

Trust Contributions. 8.5.1 In addition the Trust will provide the Central Support Services set out at Part 2 of Schedule 4. These Central Support Services will be managed by the Trust who shall provide these services outside of the Arrangements.
Trust Contributions. 1. Beginning January 1, 2023, the City’s contribution per employee per month will be $2,506.95. Beginning January 1, 2024, the City's contribution per employee per month will be $2,632.30. Beginning January 1, 2025, the City's contribution per employee per month will be $2,763.91.
Trust Contributions. 1. Effective January 1, 2023 and for the remainder of the term of this Agreement, the City’s contribution per employee will be equal to the monthly contribution contributed by the City per employee in the suppression bargaining unit represented by IAFF Local 452.
