Transport and transport infrastructure. This section examines and evaluates the existing condition of roads and road protection belts, as well as transport infrastructure in the special zone. This section includes but is not limited to: 10.3.1. the layout and condition of existing roads; 10.3.2. layout and category of roads planned from the central level; 10.3.3. assessment of the intensity and capacity of intersections and main lanes; 10.3.4. traffic flow patterns; 10.3.5. transport lines inside and outside the special zone. 10.3.6. use of roads by cars, pedestrians, bicycles and other methods of transport; 10.3.7. assessment of existing spaces and future parking needs; 10.3.8. future needs assessment for a transport infrastructure; and 10.3.9. assessment of financial and technical capacity to carry out the necessary transport infrastructure.; 10.4. Public and social infrastructure. This section reviews and assesses the existing state of public and social infrastructure relevant to the zone. This section includes but is not limited to: 10.4.1.an inventory of buildings and premises for public activities, such as medical, educational, postal, public administration and other similar services, including facilities, human resources and coverage; 10.4.2. an inventory of buildings and spaces for social activities, such as: cultural, sports, science, community, library, social welfare, public parks, cemeteries, fishing, hunting, and related services, including facilities, human resources, and coverage rays; 10.4.3. an assessment of future space and construction needs for all public and social services; and 10.4.4. assessment of financial and technical capacity so that all constructions, and necessary spaces for public and social services can be realized; 10.5. Environment and hazardous surfaces. This section examines and evaluates the existing state of the environment in the special zone, identifying pollution, the spatial extent of pollution and degradation, and the necessary measures to prevent and protect against natural disasters, etc. This part includes, but is not limited to: 10.5.1. environmental pollution such as: air, water, soil, noise, surfaces with high pollution, etc.; 10.5.2. Natural and other disasters such as: floods, erosion and sedimentation, landslides, avalanches and steep slopes, earthquakes, areas endangered by fire; 10.5.3.   • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.
