Other similar services. Determinations as to who shall provide certain of these services may be established from time to time by written agreement between the Fund and the Adviser to be attached as an addendum to this Agreement. The Adviser may at times perform only a portion of these services and the Fund may choose to have these services provided by others on the Fund's behalf. The foregoing list of services does not list all possible administrative services which may be provided by the Adviser.   • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.
