The Trust will. Be properly incorporated and constituted with a democratic ‘one member one vote’ democratic governance structure, and offering an open and affordable membership to any supporter of the club subject to the rules of the Trust. • Consult with its membership regularly on issues of importance particularly ahead of structured dialogue meetings with the club. • Participate in any fan surveys or fan engagement activities aimed at developing the matchday experience at Boundary Park • Where appropriate, liaise with other supporters’ groups and stakeholders on suitable topics for discussion ahead of structured dialogue meetings, respecting other existing communication and supporter dialogue structures that exist between supporters and the club. • Send suitable objective people who understand their role as representatives for supporters, able to offer views of all fans of the Club. • Where indicated in meetings, treat information that is shared with the strictest of confidence, and not disclose it to any third parties without the express written consent of the Club. • Where an agreement is in place to share information deemed confidential, seek the written consent of the club in advance • Assist the club with the organisation of fan meetings or surveys if asked to do so. The Club will: • Agrees to meet with the Trust on a monthly basis to discuss a range of topics • Involve the trust in all fan meetings or surveys and may from time to time may ask the Trust to help coordinate such events. • Provide a suitable level of financial information split into appropriate categories and with a level of detail that builds trust and understanding of how the club is being run. • Use the structured dialogue format to consult about significant decisions affecting the club. • Use the meetings to discuss wider league/national consultation that will affect supporters. • Not exclude board members of Trust Oldham from meetings without good reason. • Send suitable senior club representatives who have the appropriate knowledge of the club and decision making authority • Treat the fan elected director from the trust with respect, and in the same manner any company director would expect. • To provide the Trust-elected representative with access to review any financial information reasonably requested. • Notify Trust Oldham of any significant financial events at the club that may change the public perception of the Club.
