Elected Director definition

Elected Director means a person elected as an elected director in accordance with these bylaws or elected or appointed as a replacement director for an elected director;
Elected Director means a director appointed under clause 11.
Elected Director means a member of the Board elected by the State Bar membership from their district as determined by the Board.

Examples of Elected Director in a sentence

  • Such Elected Director shall be a Class III Elected Director and shall hold office until the Annual Meeting at which the Class III Elected Director seat would expire.

  • Each LP Elected Director shall hold office for the term of which he is elected and until his successor shall have been elected and qualified or until his earlier resignation, retirement, removal from office or death.
