Instructions to the Trustee. The written instructions based on the written instructions to the Trustee that will be attached to the Fourth Schedule mutatis mutandis, by virtue of the present Agreement. All other terms not expressly defined herein shall bear the meanings attributed thereto in the Shareholders Agreement.
