Training Trust Fund. Contingent upon the Fund being jointly and equally trusteed, the Employer shall contribute to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 870 Training Trust Fund in accordance with the attached Appendix A and forming part of this Agreement.
Training Trust Fund. Each Employer subject hereto shall contribute the amount established in the respective wage schedule for each and every hour worked by an Employee covered by this Agreement to the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 870 Training Trust Fund, X.X. Training Trust Fund. The parties hereto acknowledge the Saskatchewan Construction and General Workers' Training Trust Fund as constituted by the Trust Agreement dated October 1, 1972, together with all amendments thereto.
Training Trust Fund. Each Employer subject hereto shall contribute the amount established in the wage schedule for each and every hour worked by an Employee covered by this Agreement to the Saskatchewan Construction and General Workers' Training Trust Fund. Contributions for said Fund shall be forwarded to: Funds Administrative Service, 9th Floor, 0000 - 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, X0X 0X0. The Union agrees, either solely or through the Training Trust Fund, to reimburse all reasonable training connected to the ongoing employment of Local 180 members. Site specific, non-transferrable training will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Training Trust Fund. The Employer shall contribute to the IATSE Entertainment and Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund during the term of this Agreement the amount of .25% of gross wages paid an employee covered by this Collective Bargaining Agreement excluding, however, wages paid to employees for which contributions to the Contract Services Administration Trust Fund are required. All contributions to the Fund shall be payable no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month for the hours worked in the preceding month. All contributions shall be payable to IATSE Training Trust Fund, 00000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000, along with a list of all covered employees and the total gross wages paid to each employee in the reported month. Employer agrees to be signatory to the IATSE Entertainment and Exhibition Industries Training Trust Fund, established June 22, 2011, (“Trust Agreement”) and to abide by and be bound by its terms and conditions, and any amendments thereto, and all policies and procedures of the Fund, including Collection of Contributions Payable by Employers, as related to the contributions due as per the above referenced collective bargaining agreement.

Such contributions shall be remitted to Cement Xxxxx/Plasterer Training Trust, , #42 - 0000 - 00 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, X0X 0X0, by the 15th of the month following the month of which such contributions are payable.

BETWEEN LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING EACH OF THE UNIONIZED EMPLOYERS IN THE OPERATING ENGINEERS TRADE DIVISION IN THE INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL/INSTITUTIONAL SECTORS OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ON WHOSE BEHALF THE CLR CONSTRUCTION LABOUR RELATIONS ASSOCIATION OF SASKATCHEWAN INC., AS THE REPRESENTATIVE EMPLOYERS' ORGANIZATION, HAS ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT; (Hereinafter referred to as the "EMPLOYER") - AND - THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS, HOISTING, PORTABLE AND STATIONARY, LOCAL 870; (Hereinafter referred to as the "UNION") RE: Apprentice Ratios IT IS AGREED that representatives of the Employers and the Union shall meet annually to examine the demographics and skill sets of the workforce to review the number of additional journey persons that will be required in the next five (5) years and shall accordingly set, as targets, the number of apprentices that will need to be started in each year. The Parties shall then discuss the adequacy of the current apprentice ratios and adjust them if both deem necessary to do so. This Letter of Understanding will be in full force for the same duration as set out in Article 22:00 of the Saskatchewan Provincial Operating Engineers Agreement (Crane Rental). Training Trust Fund. The Employer and Union acknowledge the Apprenticeship and Training Fund for the benefit of members of the Union, and others, which Fund is called "Cement Xxxxx/Plasterer Training Trust Fund".

Payments shall be made on the dates, in the manner, form and in accordance with the rules and regulations as adopted by the Trustees of the herein mentioned Trust Fund. The Employer may submit funds electronically.
