the Trust Fund definition

the Trust Fund means the Bond(s) referred to in the First Schedule to the Declaration of Trust and the property from time to time representing the same (and also includes any other property which may become Trust Property as a result of any loan to the Trustees or any addition by way of gift or any accumulation of income).

Examples of the Trust Fund in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall not treat any part of the sum as asset of the Trust (including, without limitation, for purposes of the calculation of the Trust Fund Evaluation pursuant to Section 5.01), unless and until the sum is applied to Trust liabilities without reimbursement from other Trust assets and in such event the Trustee shall treat only the unreimbursed amount as an asset of the Trust Fund.

  • Periodic Payments due with respect to each Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan (if any) after the related date of substitution, and Periodic Payments due with respect to each corresponding Deleted Mortgage Loan (if any) after its respective Cut-off Date and on or prior to the related date of substitution, shall be part of the Trust Fund.
