Terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement. 1. All terms of the current collective bargaining agreement between the Parties (“CBA”) shall remain in full effect except as stated and modified in this Online MOU. If there is a conflict, this Online MOU shall prevail.
Terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement. The terms and conditions of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement apply to Weekender Staff Program employees unless there is a conflict with this Appendix, in which case the terms of this Appendix will govern. APPENDIX B Weekend Program — Lab The Hospital currently has a Weekender staff program. It is understood that the Hospital may, at its sole discretion, eliminate, narrow or expand this program completely or on a unit by unit basis. Before eliminating, narrowing or expanding the program the Hospital will provide the Union with thirty (30) calendar days written notice of its proposed action and upon request will meet and discuss the changes and any potential alternatives with the Union. In the event an agreeable alternative cannot be reached the Hospital may proceed to implement the changes. However, the Hospital will not eliminate the program altogether with respect to the employee(s) currently participating in it, as of the ratification date, prior to December 31, 2018. The Hospital shall not be obligated to replace any employee(s) currently participating in the program who leave employment prior to December 31, 2018.   • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Single Bargaining Unit The parties to this Agreement, along with all those employees whose employment is governed by this Agreement, constitute a single bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the terms of this Agreement. The form and operation of this single bargaining unit will be subject to this Agreement.
