LETTER OF AGREEMENT NO. 4 PAID EDUCATIONAL LEAVES The Employer agrees to pay in a special fund three cents ($0.03) per hour per unionized employee for all hours paid in order to provide for paid professional development leaves. The purpose of these paid professional development leaves is to upgrade an employee’s competence in the various aspects of Union functions. Said amounts are paid on a quarterly basis as of July 1, 2005 (for the previous quarter) to a trust fund set up by Unifor, and will be sent by the Employer to the following address: Unifor 205 Education Placer Fund Court North York, Ontario M2H 3H9 The cheques must be made payable to CAISSE DE FORMATION DES DIRIGEANTS D’UNIFOR.
