LETTER OF AGREEMENT NO. 4 PAID EDUCATIONAL LEAVES The Employer agrees to pay in a special fund three cents ($0.03) per hour per unionized employee for all hours paid in order to provide for paid professional development leaves. The purpose of these paid professional development leaves is to upgrade an employee’s competence in the various aspects of Union functions.
