Term of Support. Support shall be provided during the Initial Term and for each Renewal Term in accordance with Exhibit “A”. In case of a discrepancy between Exhibit “A” and the Sales Order, the term set forth in the Sales Order shall prevail.
Term of Support. Upon the purchase of the Licensed Software, the Licensee is entitled to receive Support for the Licensed Software (“Support”) for a specified period of time commencing on the day of entering into this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). Thereafter, the Licensee may renew Support for additional periods of time by paying the relevant support fee.
Term of Support. 1 The term of the Support (the "Support Term") shall be for a period of one (1) year (the "First Support Term") from the date of delivery of the Software. However the Support Term shall be extended for further periods of one (1) year each under the same terms and conditions if you pay the annual support fee for the following year no later than the date of expiration of th e First Support Term or the renewed support term. Even if you do not extend the S upport Term, you can continue to use the Software.
Term of Support. All Software licensed under the Agreement shall be considered one software product, for which Subscription must be purchased on an all or nothing basis at the time of execution of each applicable Schedule A. EZOPS may modify its EZOPS SaaS Standard Software Maintenance and Support Services upon reasonable written notice to Subscriber, but in no event may EZOPS make modifications to Standard Software Maintenance and Support Services that would materially reduce the level of Standard Software Maintenance and Support Services during the then-current annual term.
Term of Support. The Support Term commences upon the shipment of the Diamanti Equipment and/or Software pursuant to an Order, and, subject to timely payment, continued through the Support Term specified in the Order. Support is non-cancelable and non-transferable, and any fees paid for Support are non-refundable.
Term of Support. The support services provided by Learning Objects pursuant to these Guidelines shall be limited to the term of the Agreement entered into by Subscriber and Learning Objects. Learning Objects shall have no obligation to provide any support services to Subscriber after the expiration or termination of the Agreement. Learning Objects reserves the right to deny support to any unpaid or free user of the Services.
Term of Support. These Support Terms shall commence immediately after implementation of the Software and will continue for the term of the Agreement, provided that Qvera may terminate these Support Terms upon ninety (90) days prior written notice if it is discontinuing Software support and maintenance services for customers generally. These Support Terms will automatically terminate upon termination of the Agreement.
Term of Support. The term Term of Support shall have the meaning set forth in the Development Agreement.
Term of Support. These support services shall be for an initial support term of one year, and thereafter for successive periods of support renewal terms of one year each, unless and until terminated pursuant to Section 5.7 below.
Term of Support. The period beginning on the date of the --------------- Shareholders' Agreement, among Amgen, Kirin and the Company, and ending on the earlier of (a) the date which is ten (10) years from the date of such Shareholders' Agreement, (b) the liquidation of the Company, or (c) the earlier completion of the Development Program as contemplated by Article II hereof.
