Software Product. 2.1. The Software Product provided by Lessor under this Agreement shall include all enhancements or features in such Software Product as of the date of shipment.
Software Product. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Causasoft grants you a personal, non- exclusive and limited license to install and use during the License Term the software ExhibitManager Server on the number of servers indicated in the order confirmation and to install and use during the License Term the software ExhibitManager Desktop for the number of named users indicated in the order confirmation. You may not grant others the right to use your license. Causasoft grants you the right to designate the number of named users indicated in the order confirmation within your organization, including your subsidiaries and any of your affiliates which your organization or its partners operate as a separate business for regulatory or other reasons, to use the Software in the manner described above. You are entitled to transfer a license to another user if a licensed user leaves your organization or will no longer use the Software for the remainder of the License Term. You have no ownership rights in the Software. You have a license to use the Software only in the manner permitted hereunder as long as this Agreement remains in effect.

Product Name: Social Policy Simulation Model Product Description: The Social Policy Simulation Model (SPSM) is a tool designed to assist those interested in analysing the financial interactions of governments and individuals in Canada. It can help one to assess the cost implications or income redistributive effects of changes in the personal taxation and cash transfer system. The model reads the Social Policy Simulation Database (SPSD). The SPSM is a static accounting model which processes each individual and family on the SPSD, calculates taxes and transfers using legislated or proposed programs and algorithms, and reports on the results. Part 2: Database Product Name: Social Policy Simulation Database Product Description: The Social Policy Simulation Database (SPSD) is a non-confidential, statistically representative database of individuals in their family. It is used in conjunction with the Social Policy Simulation Model (SPSM). Software Product. The term “Software Product” means the licensed Vendor software, as well as any Documentation, for Software Product and catalog(s) licensed by Customer from Vendor. Subscription License Term – The term “Subscription License Term” means a period of time commencing on the Implementation Date and continuing until this Agreement is terminated or canceled.

(For example, you can install the Software on a desktop computer at your place of business, on a notebook computer that you take with you when traveling, and on a computer in your home. However, only you may use the Software installed on each of these three computers.) You may not grant others the right to use your license. If you are an entity, Wolters Kluwer grants you the right to designate one individual within the organization to have the right to use the Software in the manner described above. We recognize that there are certain circumstances in which it would make sense to install the Software on a computer and permit multiple individuals to use it (e.g., install the Software on a computer in a training facility and permit multiple individuals to use the Software over time). TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, LRI AND ITS SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR ARISING FROM CUSTOM, USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, LRI DOES NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS CUSTOMER MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL OPERATE WITHOUT ERRORS, DEFECTS OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL OPERATE OR BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE 5.2. Hardware and Third-Party Items. LRI FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO: (a) ANY LRI HARDWARE (EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT, IF ANY, IT IS EXPRESSLY WARRANTED BY LRI IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN LRI AND CUSTOMER FOR THEPURCHASE OR MAINTENANCE OF SUCH LRI HARDWARE); OR (b) ANY NON-LRI HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ON WHICH OR WITH WHICH CUSTOMER USES THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, WHETHER OR NOT RECOMMENDED OR SPECIFIED BY LRI.
