Free User definition

Free User means the individual or entity who has signed up for a License to the Demo Version;
Free User means a User that has not subscribed to a Percentage Mode or Subscription Mode Account;
Free User means, among the users, a user who is an owner or operator of an NK-classed vessel or an owner or operator of a vessel with respect to which NK has conducted ISM, ISPS or MLC and the audit or inspection information thereof is registered with NK.

  • If Free User violates these provisions, then Free User may be subject to prosecution and damages.

  • Customer understands and agrees that the Free User version of the Platform: has a limited number of allowed users and allowed images, the functionality and features are limited, and Free Users may not be able to access other services provided by SuperAnnotate.

  • If You are a Free User then all Your Personal Data will be collected, accessed, used by the Third-Party Advertisement Agency and it shall be governed by their Privacy Policy.


More Definitions of Free User

Free User means an organization that has earned $2 million USD or less in its last fiscal year, or an individual not conducting work on behalf of an organization that has earned more than $2 million USD in the same period. “Free User” does not include (i) organizations with a parent organization with over 75% ownership of it that has earned more than $2M USD in the parent organization’s last fiscal year; or (ii) any government, governmental subdivision, regulatory or administrative body, entity owned or controlled by the government, entity created by law or decree, entity funded by the government, or any department, agency, or instrumentality of a public international organization; or (iii) non-profits; or (iv) academic institutions, except when the Services are used directly by students for educational purposes. Free User status is determined at the time of use, purchase or renewal and must be reassessed by the Customer on a monthly basis, with the Customer responsible for honoring this classification. Serverless reserves the right to determine if an individual or organization is considered a Free User.
Free User means and refers to a natural and/or juristic person who has opted to use the Application free of charge without paying subscription charges.
Free User means any User of TRaiCE Software and/or TRaiCE Services who chooses to avail limited functionality of TRaiCE Software and TRaiCE Services without the payment of Subscription Charges. The scope of TRaiCE Software functionality and TRaiCE Services offered to Free Users is decided at the sole discretion of TRaiCE and is subject to change anytime.
Free User means a User who participate to a Klaxoon activity and benefit from free access to the Service (with restricted rights as set out in the Specific Terms).
