Expansion of Business. In the event that the Company determines to expand into or enter into an Internet-based consumer business (other than a peer-to-peer payments business) in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France or Korea, the Company will first discuss and negotiate in good faith with Yahoo terms upon which the Company and Yahoo would agree to enter such markets in a partnership on a mutually advantageous and agreeable basis.
