Term of Subscription. The subscription term to the JAGGAER Applications shall be as set forth in the Order Form (the “Subscription Term”). Any renewal(s) of the Subscription Term shall be in accordance with terms set forth in the Order Form.

Term of Subscription. Subscriptions to the Software commence on the first day of the month of the Go-Live Date and continue for the Subscription Term specified in the applicable Order Form. Unless otherwise set forth in an Order Form, subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods of one year for the fees set forth in the applicable Order Form unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term. EWS reserves the right to increase Subscription fees in a reasonable manner by notifying Customer at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of a Subscription Term that is then in effect. Increases, if any, shall be no greater than the cumulative increases in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) since the beginning of the initial Subscription Term or the latest price increase effective date, whichever is later.
Term of Subscription. Fee The initial subscription term for each Service shall be as set forth on Supplement (the "Initial Term") attached hereto and made part hereof. For the Services provided by MCM, Customer agrees to pay MCM the subscription fees indicated on the relevant Supplement. Fees charged upon the renewal of any subscription shall be those set forth on MCM's then current price lists. All subscription fees shall be paid quarterly in advance on the commencement of the subscription term and thereafter on the first calendar quarter. Customer shall also pay in addition to any subscription fee, any tax, however characterized, arising out of this subscription other than taxes based on the net income of MCM.
Term of Subscription. Services provided under this MSA shall be provided for the period defined in the applicable Purchase Order unless earlier terminated by the Company. The term of the Subscription to use the Services and any renewal(s) periods are collectively defined as the “Subscription Term.” This MSA commences on the date your Purchase Order is accepted by the Company and continues until all Subscription Terms have expired or been terminated. Except as otherwise specified in the applicable Purchase Order, all Subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional one-year periods, unless a Party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the relevant Subscription term. The fees for Subscriptions automatically renewed are subject to increase at a rate not to exceed 5% over the prior year.
Term of Subscription. This Agreement will automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription term (“Initial Term”) and continue to renew until cancel by User or Daikin Applied. Daikin Applied will invoice User accordingly. Each subsequent term shall be a “Renewal Term”.
Term of Subscription. The subscription purchased by the Licensee shall begin on the Subscription Start Date and shall continue for a period of one year.

Term of Subscription. The term of Subscription will be set forth in DSA Offer. Subscription is automatically renewed with the same conditions for subsequent period of the same length as the initial term unless Party requests.
Term of Subscription. The undersigned understands that he/she may rescind this subscription at any time prior to the time that the Company accepts this Subscription Agreement. If the undersigned exercises this right of rescission, all funds will be returned to the undersigned, without interest.
