Net Income definition

Net Income means, with respect to any Person, the net income (loss) of such Person, determined in accordance with GAAP and before any reduction in respect of Preferred Stock dividends.

  • Notwithstanding any other provisions of this ‎Article VI (other than the Regulatory Allocations), the Regulatory Allocations shall be taken into account in allocating Net Income and Net Losses among Members so that, to the extent possible, the net amount of such allocations of Net Income and Net Losses and other items and the Regulatory Allocations to each Member shall be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to such Member if the Regulatory Allocations had not occurred.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Partnership Representative may make such allocations of Net Income or Net Loss (or items thereof) as it deems reasonably necessary to give economic effect to the provisions of this Agreement, taking into such facts and circumstances as it deems reasonably necessary for this purpose.

More Definitions of Net Income

Net Income means, as applied to any Person for any period, the aggregate amount of net income of such Person, after taxes, for such period, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
Net Income means, as calculated on a consolidated basis for Borrower and its Subsidiaries for any period as at any date of determination, the net profit (or loss), after provision for taxes, of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period taken as a single accounting period.
