Technical Approach Narrative. The Offeror shall outline their approach to meeting the requirements of references 2.1 and 2.2 the SOW. This narrative shall address the major process development, equipment development, process demonstration, testing, and documentation tasks anticipated by the Offeror to meet the requirements of the Technical requirements of sections C.4.1 and C.4.2. The narrative response shall address the assumptions and rationale for choosing the preferred approach.

Technical Approach Narrative. Provide technical approach narratives, both qualitative and quantitative, defining the elements of the proposal. It is acceptable to include all the sub-items shown below into a single combined narrative for the entire facility. It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that all aspects identified in the evaluation criteria below are addressed. Design Analysis / Design Quality Control Construction Approach Schedule / Sequence of Work EVALUATION CRITERIA The Government will evaluate the strengths, weaknesses and any deficiencies in Element 1, Design Analysis and Construction Approach. The Government will review the proposals and rate the quality of this element based on the requirements described herein. The Government will evaluate the firm’s understanding of the project and the capability to execute the project successfully. The Government will evaluate clarity and strength of the individual element listed in the Design Analysis and Technical Approach, this being: Technical Narrative Approach. The technical rating assigned to Design Analysis / Design Quality Control, Construction Approach and Schedule / Sequence of Work, Element 1, will reflect the degree to which the proposal meets or does not meet the minimum requirements through an assessment of the strengths, weaknesses, deficiencies, and risks of the individual elements required to be included in the proposal for this element.

  • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance.   • TECHNICAL TASKS Products that require a draft version are indicated by marking “(draft and final)” after the product name in the “Products” section of the task/subtask.   • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence.
