Staffing Approach provides an overview of the Contractor’s project staffing approach. The Project Plan (work breakdown structure) shall be resource loaded into a Resource-Loaded Network (“RLN”). The RLN identifies all project roles and required staffing for each task. The Contractor’s PMO will coordinate requirements and support needs with corresponding Contractor staff in areas such as contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and human resources. These professionals apply the Contractor’s standard processes and procedures in supporting the PMO in successfully performing the CIVLS project, such as:
Staffing Approach. During the Term of this Task Order Deloitte will provide a fixed level of staffing for Maintenance and Operations and Infrastructure and Technical Support activities as identified in section 4.2. Staff will be located in the Deloitte office in Providence, Rhode Island or at one of our delivery centers in Orlando, Florida, Hyderabad, India or Bangalore, India. Deloitte will notify the State in advance of any planned staff roll-offs and obtain approval for individuals replacing any key personnel as defined in Section 4.3.
Staffing Approach. The Offeror shall describe the staffing approach for ensuring successful performance of a contract similar to NNSA’s size and scale. This approach shall extend beyond incumbent capture and include thoughtful courses of action. At a minimum, the staffing approach shall include the rationale and approach for: a. Attracting and retaining personnel b. Staffing positions from within the Offeror‘s own organization and from outside sources c. Meeting clearance requirements d. Meeting predictable and unpredictable surge demands
Staffing Approach. In evaluating an Offeror’s staffing approach, DWD will consider (a) the skills and experience of the Mandatory Personnel and other individuals that the Offeror plans to use to provide the required services, (b) the mix of labor categories that will comprise the Offeror’s proposed development team, and (c) the Offeror’s proposed number of hours of services to be provided by each member of the Offeror’s proposed development team.
Staffing Approach. NTT DATA will provide a staffing model that uses consistent, knowledgeable staff throughout the project lifecycle. It is important to have State staff and other vendor staff involved to keep the project on schedule.
Staffing Approach. The Offeror shall describe its staffing or recruitment plan, and personnel training and qualification program, to meet the requirements of the SOW and associated references. Offeror shall identify which requirements will be met using a subcontractor, with a description of that subcontractor’s capabilities.
Staffing Approach. Offerors shall submit a Staffing Approach that describes how it plans to attract, select, hire, and retain qualified personnel capable of successfully meeting the PWS requirements. In addition, the Staffing Approach shall include the Offeror’s approach to provide appropriate staffing levels on day one of the contract. The Offeror shall propose key personnel that meet or exceed the key personnel requirements stipulated in Key Personnel Qualifications document (Attachment 10). The Offeror shall identify by name and submit resumes of all Key Personnel listed in Section H3 (Key Personnel). Resumes shall provide evidence of the ability and competency of the proposed Key Personnel to meet the requirements and include required training, education, experience, certifications, and active clearance level. Offers shall submit a list of all key and non-key personnel proposed for task order 1 with their clearance level and expiration date. Any clearance without an expiration date will not be considered acceptable. All personnel proposed to perform on this effort shall have the required clearances at time of proposal submission. Offerors shall propose a sanitized spreadsheet free of all pricing information listing the labor mix and labor hours for both task orders 1 and 2.
