Entire Facility definition

Entire Facility means the Lands, the building and facilities commonly known as the community centre, including the Jointly Operated Facilities, and the surrounding or adjacent parks, arenas, pools, playing fields, Park Board fitness facilities and other outdoor recreation improvements or facilities such as, without limitation, tennis courts, basketball courts, skateboard parks or field houses within or in the vicinity of the community centre and which are administered by the Park Board;
Entire Facility means the Lands, the building and facilities commonly known as the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community Centre, including the Jointly Operated Facilities, and the surrounding or adjacent parks, arenas, pools, playing fields, Park Board fitness facilities and other outdoor recreation improvements or facilities such as, without limitation, tennis courts, basketball courts, skateboard parks or field houses within or in the vicinity of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community Centre and which are administered by the Park Board;
Entire Facility means all stationary sources that are under the control of one person or under the control of persons who are under common control and that are located on contiguous properties.

  • Subject to any written agreement between the parties, any and all parking revenue collected at the Entire Facility shall be for the sole benefit of the Park Board.

  • Ownership of the Entire Facility is in accordance with the Lease and the Park Board is the sole beneficiary of any ownership and lease rights pursuant to the Lease.

Entire Facility means the lobby, the indoor and immediate outdoor public areas, the hallways, the conference rooms, the restrooms, the lunchrooms and kitchens, the office areas, etc. Replace appropriate liners in each receptacle. Liners can only be reused if it is clean and intact. Receptacles are to be returned to their initial locations. Clean receptacles when needed. Boxes, cans, papers, etc. placed near a trash receptacle and marked “trash” or “recycle” shall also be removed. Any other items not marked shall not be removed. Do not drag waste collection bags. Liquid leaking from plastic bags being removed from waste receptacles shall be immediately cleaned. Deliver emptied compost, recyclables and trash to the waste collection area located at each facility and place in proper bin to ensure successful sorting of these waste streams. Dumpsters and totes shall be closed after use. Maintain waste collection areas free of debris and trash. Breakdown, flatten and place all cardboard in dumpster, toter or other container labeled for cardboard recycling. Modify waste collection procedures as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Manager. Changes will be made by management in coordination with the janitorial service and the waste collection service.   • Replacement cost for houses and other structures means the prevailing cost of replacing affected structures, in an area and of the quality similar to or better than that of the affected structures. Such costs will include: (a) transporting building materials to the construction site; (b) any labor and contractors’ fees; and (c) any registration costs.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.
