Technical Evaluation definition

Technical Evaluation means a limited technical evaluation involving a proprietary Therapeutic Agent of a third party undertaken in order to determine the suitability of such Therapeutic Agent in an ALZA drug delivery system or to induce the third party to license the Therapeutic Agent to ALZA or Crescendo or otherwise collaborate with ALZA and Crescendo in the development of a product.
Technical Evaluation means an evaluation of the capabilities of a supplier of services as set out in the criteria. Technical evaluation can also be applied to the technical conformity and performance of specific goods to pre-defined criteria.
Technical Evaluation means the testing and evaluation of Manufacturer’s test product for compliance with specification, quality, and suitability in accordance with the process and dates outlined in the Specifications or Project Plan.
