Suspension of Deliveries. Purchaser may defer delivery of the Work, at any time for its own convenience, by giving Supplier written notice. Supplier will adjust its manufacturing schedules consistent with Purchaser’s deferral request. Purchaser will pay all reasonable charges and direct expenses related to the storage of such items to the extent Supplier is not able to avoid them.
Suspension of Deliveries. 13.1 Prior to any suspension or reduction of deliveries of electricity from the Production Facility (any such event being hereinafter referred to as a "Suspension of Delivery"), NATIONAL GRID shall use its best efforts to provide not less than twenty-four hours advance notice (a "Notice of Suspension") to the PRODUCER of such Suspension of Delivery, containing a reasonably detailed statement of the reasons for such Suspension of Delivery and the likely duration thereof. If such notice is provided verbally, NATIONAL GRID shall confirm such verbal notice as promptly as possible in writing but in no event later than ten (10) days thereafter. NATIONAL GRID shall use all reasonable efforts to promptly remedy the condition giving rise to the Suspension of Delivery or take other appropriate action so that full deliveries of electricity can be restored as soon as practicable. NATIONAL GRID shall use its best efforts to provide as much advance notice of an emergency Suspension of Delivery as possible under the circumstances (and if no advance notice is possible, shall provide oral and written notice thereof as promptly as possible after the occurrence thereof) and shall use all reasonable efforts to promptly remedy the emergency circumstances giving rise to the Suspension of Delivery or take other appropriate action so that full deliveries of electricity can be restored as soon as practicable. Notwithstanding the above, NATIONAL GRID shall not be liable to PRODUCER for any damages, including but not limited to, lost profit or revenue caused or resulting from any breach of the requirements contained in this Article 13.1.

In the event of any payment default by NJEA pursuant to Section 5.1(b) hereof (which by its terms includes a five (5) Business Day cure period), then upon at least five (5) days' prior written notice (which notice may not be delivered prior to the expiration of the five (5) Business Day cure period described in Section 5.1(b) hereof), TEMI may, but shall not be obligated to, suspend deliveries of Energy under this Agreement until such payment default has been cured. In the event of such suspension of deliveries to NJEA pursuant to this Section 5.3(d), TEMI shall be relieved of all of its delivery obligations hereunder for the duration of such suspension. 6. FORCE MAJEURE 6.1
Suspension of Deliveries. Without prejudice and in addition to any of Seller’s rights under Article 17 or otherwise, if Buyer fails to make any undisputed payment required to be made by it hereunder when the same shall become due and payable or fails to make an advance payment or post a Letter of Credit as required in accordance with Article 8.4, then Seller shall have the right at its sole discretion to suspend further deliveries of Oil until Buyer makes the required payment, together with any accrued interest thereon, or posts a Letter of Credit as required by Seller in accordance with Article 8.4.
