Referral to Chief Executive Officer. (i) In the event that the Dispute is not resolved in accordance with Section 19.2(a), either Party may refer the Dispute to the chief executive officer or chief operating officer of the Company and the designated representative for system operations of BPDB (or such other official authorised by BPDB) for further consideration.
