Suspension Event definition
Suspension Event shall have the meaning given in Section 3.4 of this Agreement.

Examples of Suspension Event in a sentence
The period of time between the Covenant Suspension Event and the Reversion Date is referred to as the “Suspension Period.” The Issuer shall provide the Trustee with written notice of each Covenant Suspension Event or Reversion Date within five (5) Business Days of the occurrence thereof.
The Trustee shall have no obligation to independently determine or verify if a Covenant Suspension Event or Reversion Date has occurred or notify the holders of any Covenant Suspension Event or Reversion Date.
