Common use of Suspension of Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Deliveries. Purchaser may defer delivery of the Work, at any time for its own convenience, by giving Supplier written notice. Supplier will adjust its manufacturing schedules consistent with Purchaser’s deferral request. Purchaser will pay all reasonable charges and direct expenses related to the storage of such items to the extent Supplier is not able to avoid them.
