Summer School Wages. A teacher who teaches a summer school class shall receive $25 per hour. In the event the School Corporation receives reimbursement from the IDOE for the course, the Board will adjust the Employee’s hourly rate to $27 per hour. Normal withholdings shall apply.

Summer School Wages. Summer school wages shall be forty dollars ($40) per hour. Classes that are not math or language arts will not be offered without meeting minimum enrollment. ARTCLE II Fringe Benefits Procedures: Part Time Teacher- The board may hire teachers on a part time basis. Any teacher employed by the board on less than a full time basis (1 FTE) shall receive salary on a prorated basis in proportion to the percentage of one full time equivalent (1 FTE) for which the teacher is employed. Teacher must be contracted for a minimum of .66 FTE to be eligible for insurance benefits including life, long term disability and health insurance. The board's contribution toward the cost of the insurance programs for which part time teachers are eligible shall be prorated to the percentage of one full time equivalent (1 FTE) for which the part time teacher is employed.

  • Summer School SUCCESS employees are not eligible for this provision. Employees engaged in teaching summer school shall be granted two summer school days of absence in a single term for either sick leave or emergency leave, or a combination of both, non-accumulative.

  • Students Payments which a student or business apprentice who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.

  • PROFESSORS, TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
