The Board recognizes the Delphi Classroom Teachers Association as the exclusive representative of all teachers in the Delphi Community School Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "School Corporation"). It is hereby agreed that the bargaining unit shall be comprised of all classroom teachers, department chairs, instructional coaches, and media specialists.

- RECOGNITION CLAUSE/BARGAINING UNIT. 2.01 (a) The Home recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees of the respondent at its Retirement Home in Delhi, save and except the Administrator, persons above the rank of Administrator, Registered and Graduate Nurses, and persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week; and,
- RECOGNITION CLAUSE/BARGAINING UNIT. 2.01 The Home recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees of DCMS Realty (Belleville) Limited Partnership operating as the Richmond Retirement Residence in the city of Belleville, save and except supervisor, persons above the rank of Supervisor, and Bookkeeper and Sales and Marketing personnel. Note: It is recognized that the Recreation Coordinator is also excluded.
