Subletting Assignment. Tenant agrees not to sublet any part of the Premises or assign this Lease Agreement without written consent from the Landlord.
Subletting Assignment. Tenants shall not sublet the entire premises or any part of the premises, nor shall they assign this Agreement to anyone else without first obtaining Landlords’ written permission. Prospective sublessees or assignees must submit an application to the Landlord and must agree to credit, background, reference, and employment verification as well as the obligation to pay a non-refundable $25 application fee. Permission to sublease will be determined by the sole discretion of the Landlord.
Subletting Assignment. (a) Except as set forth in paragraph 25(b) below, Tenant shall not, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Landlord, assign this Lease or any interest herein, or any interest in Tenant, or sublease the Premises or any part thereof, including any Site, or permit the use or occupancy of the Premises or any portion thereof, including any Site, by any Person other than Tenant, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. This Lease shall not, nor shall any interest herein, be assignable as to the interest of Tenant involuntarily or by operation of law without the prior written consent of Landlord, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. For purposes of this paragraph 25(a), the occurrence of a Corporate Control Event, shall be deemed to be an assignment of this Lease which is prohibited by the preceding paragraph unless Tenant obtains Landlord’s prior written consent as set forth above. Any of the foregoing prohibited acts without such prior written consent of Landlord, if required, shall be void and shall, at the option of Landlord, constitute an immediate Event of Default that entitles Landlord to all remedies available at law and pursuant to this Lease. Tenant agrees that the instrument by which any assignment or sublease to which Landlord consent is accomplished shall expressly provide that the assignee or subtenant will perform all of the covenants to be performed by Tenant under this Lease (in the case of a partial assignment or a sublease, only insofar as such covenants relate to the portion of the Premises subject to such partial assignment or a sublease) as and when performance is due after the effective date of the assignment or sublease and that Landlord will have the right to enforce such covenants directly against such assignee or subtenant. Any purported assignment or sublease without an instrument containing the foregoing provisions shall be void. Unless and until expressly released by Landlord, Tenant shall in all cases remain primarily liable (and not liable merely as a guarantor or surety) for the performance by any assignee or subtenant of all such covenants, as if no assignment or sublease had been made.
Subletting Assignment. Tenant shall not sublet or encumber all or any part of Premises, or assign or transfer this Lease or any interest in it, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Unless such consent is obtained, any subletting, assignment, transfer, or encumbrance of the Premises, Lease, or tenancy, by voluntary act of Tenant, operation of law, or otherwise, shall be null and void, and, at the option of Landlord, terminate this Lease. Any proposed sublessee, assignee, or transferee shall submit to Landlord an application and credit information for Landlord's approval, and, if approved, sign a separate written Lease with Landlord and Tenant. Xxxxxxxx's consent to any one sublease, assignment, or transfer, shall not be construed as consent to any subsequent sublease, assignment, or transfer, and does not release Tenant of Tenant's obligation under this Lease.

Subletting Assignment. Tenant(s) will not sublet or assign the premises in whole or in part without the written consent of the Landlord. As per law, Landlord will not unreasonably withhold such consent. Cotenants will not unreasonably prevent their fellow tenants from subleasing or assigning their interests in this lease. Tenant(s) may obtain a Sublease Agreement and Inventory Checklist at the Housing Information Office, and the Rights and Duties booklet at the City of Xxx Arbor clerk’s office. Landlord shall be provided a copy of the Sublease Agreement signed by tenant(s) and subtenant(s).
Subletting Assignment. Lessee shall not subrent any Equipment nor shall Lessee assign or transfer any interest in this Rental Contract without the prior written consent of Strad. If the Equipment is subrented, Lessee shall require its customer, the end user and any third party in contractual privity in between to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this Section is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves Lessee of any of its obligations under the Rental Contract.

If the Equipment is re-rent, Lessee shall require its customer, the end user and any third party in contractual privity in between to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof. Any person or entity to which this Contract is assigned pursuant to the provisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. Section 101 et. seq., shall be deemed without further act or deed to have assumed all of the obligations arising under the rental agreement to which these terms and conditions apply on and after the date of such assignment. Any such assignee shall upon demand execute and deliver to Lessor an instrument confirming such assumption, however a party’s failure to deliver such documentation shall not relieve that party or its successor of the obligations created herein.
