Transfers by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign, in whole or in part, all of its rights and obligations hereunder and in the Building and Property referred to herein, and in such event and upon such transfer Landlord shall be released from any further obligations hereunder, and Tenant agrees to look solely to such successor in interest of Landlord for the performance of such obligations.

Transfers by Landlord. In the event of a sale or conveyance by Landlord of the Building or a foreclosure by any creditor of Landlord, the same shall operate to release Landlord from any liability upon any of the covenants or conditions, express or implied, herein contained in favor of Tenant, to the extent required to be performed after the passing of title to Landlord's successor-in-interest. In such event, Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of the successor-in-interest of Landlord under this Lease with respect to the performance of the covenants and duties of "Landlord" to be performed after the passing of title to Landlord's successor-in-interest. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale and Tenant agrees to attorn to the purchaser or assignee. Landlord's successor(s)-in-interest shall not have liability to Tenant with respect to the failure to perform any of the obligations of "Landlord," to the extent required to be performed prior to the date such successor(s)-in-interest became the owner of the Building.

Transfers by Landlord. The term "Landlord" as used in this Lease so far as covenants or obligations on the part of Landlord are concerned shall be limited to mean and include only the owner or owners of the Office Complex at the time in question, and in the event of any transfer or transfers or conveyances the then grantor shall be automatically freed and released (except to the extent otherwise provided in Section 16.20 hereof) from all liability accruing from and After the date of such transfer or conveyance as respects the performance of any covenant or obligation on the part of Landlord contained in this Lease to be performed so long as the successor landlord agrees to assume the original landlord's obligations and a copy of such instrument is promptly delivered to Tenant. It is intended hereby that the covenants and obligations contained in this Lease on the part of Landlord shall be binding on the Landlord, its successors and assigns, only during and in respect to their respective successive periods of ownership. In the event of a sale or conveyance by Landlord of the Office Complex or any part of the Office Complex, the same shall operate to release Landlord from any future liability upon any of the covenants or conditions herein contained and in such event Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of the successor in interest of Landlord in and to this Lease. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale or conveyance, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the purchaser or grantee, which shall be personally obligated on this Lease only so long as it is the owner of Landlord's interest in and to this Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 16.11, Landlord shall not assign its interest in this Lease prior to the Commencement Date without the prior written consent of Tenant.
Transfers by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign all of its rights and obligations hereunder in the Building, and in such event and upon such transfer, no further liability or obligations shall thereafter accrue for obligations arising after such transfer or assignment against such party as Landlord hereunder. No owner of the Leased Premises shall be liable under this Lease except for breaches of Landlord’s obligations occurring while such person is the owner of the Leased Premises.
Transfers by Landlord. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord has the unrestricted right to mortgage, encumber, convey and assign its interest in the Leased Property. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that, at the request of Landlord and in consideration for the granting of the Leased Property to Tenant, Tenant shall enter into and execute certain documents, agreements or instruments to mortgage, encumber, convey and assign its interest in the Leased Property to further secure any financing obtained by Landlord. If Landlord conveys the Leased Property in accordance with the terms hereof to a Mortgagee, or to a grantee or transferee that expressly assumes in writing all obligations of Landlord hereunder arising or accruing from and after the date of such conveyance or transfer, then Landlord shall thereupon be released from all future liabilities and obligations of Landlord under this Lease arising or accruing from and after the date of such conveyance or other transfer as to the Leased Property and all such future liabilities and obligations shall thereupon be binding upon the new owner.
Transfers by Landlord. The term "Landlord" as used in this Lease shall mean the owner(s) at the time in question of the fee title to the Leased Premises or, if this is a sublease, of the Tenant's interest in the master lease. If Landlord transfers, in whole or in part, its rights and obligations under this Lease or in the Project, upon its transferee's assumption of Landlord's obligations hereunder and delivery to such transferee of any unused Security Deposit then held by Landlord, no further liability or obligations shall thereafter accrue against the transferring or assigning person as Landlord hereunder. Subject to the foregoing, the obligations and/or covenants in this Lease to be performed by the Landlord shall be binding only upon the Landlord as defined in this Section 9.06.

In such event, Tenant agrees to look solely to the successor-in-interest of Landlord under this Lease with respect to the performance of the covenants and duties of “Landlord” to be performed after the passing of title to Landlord’s successor-in-interest, provided that any successor pursuant to a voluntary, third-party transfer (but not as part of an involuntary transfer resulting from a foreclosure or deed in lieu thereof) shall have assumed Landlord’s obligations under this Lease either by contractual obligation, assumption agreement or by operation of law. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale, conveyance or foreclosure, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the successor-in-interest. Landlord’s successor(s)-in-interest shall not have liability to Tenant with respect to the failure to perform any of the obligations of “Landlord,” to the extent required to be performed prior to the date such successor(s)-in-interest became the owner of the Building.
Transfers by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to subordinate this Lease to any mortgage presently existing or hereafter placed upon the Building by so declaring in such mortgage.
