No Assignment or Delegation. No party may assign any right or delegate any obligation hereunder, including by merger, consolidation, operation of law, or otherwise, without the written consent of the other party. Any purported assignment or delegation without such consent shall be void, in addition to constituting a material breach of this Agreement.
No Assignment or Delegation. The contractor may not assign or delegate this contract, or any part of it, or any right to any of the money to be paid under it, except with the written consent of the Project Director and the Agency Head.

No Assignment or Delegation. This Agreement, and the rights and obligations set forth herein, are for personal services and may not be assigned or delegated by either party without the express written consent of the other party.
No Assignment or Delegation. Employee acknowledges that the services to be rendered by Employee pursuant to this Agreement are unique and personal, and agrees that Employee shall not assign any of Employee’s rights nor delegate any of Employee’s duties under this Agreement.

No Assignment or Delegation. No Party may assign this Agreement or any right, interest or obligation hereunder, including by merger, consolidation, operation of law, or otherwise, without the written consent of Acquirer, on one hand, and Owners’ Representative, on the other hand. Any purported assignment or delegation without such consent shall be void, in addition to constituting a material breach of this Agreement. Subject to the preceding sentences, this Agreement will be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by, the Parties and their respective successors and assigns.
No Assignment or Delegation. The Grantee Institution may not assign or otherwise transfer any of its rights or delegate any of its obligations under the Grant Agreement or with respect to the Grant without FAMRI’s prior written permission.
No Assignment or Delegation. You may not delegate or subcontract duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company. Any attempt to transfer or assign this Agreement without the express written consent of the Company renders this Agreement voidable at the option of the Company and may result in termination of this Agreement.
