Lease Assignment. To the best of Seller's knowledge, the ------------------ Tenant has not assigned its interest in the Lease or sublet any portion of the premises leased to the Tenant under the Lease.
Lease Assignment. Two (2) counterparts of the Lease Assignment duly executed by Buyer;
Lease Assignment. Mortgagor acknowledges that, concurrently herewith, Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee, as additional security for the repayment of the Loan, an Assignment of Rents and Leases (“Assignment”) pursuant to which Mortgagor has assigned to Mortgagee interests in the leases of the Premises and the rents and income from the Premises. All of the provisions of the Assignment are hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth at length in the text of this Mortgage. Mortgagor agrees to abide by all of the provisions of the Assignment.
Lease Assignment. Borrower acknowledges that, concurrently herewith Borrower is delivering to Lender, as additional security for the repayment of the Loan, an Assignment of Leases and Rents (the "ASSIGNMENT") pursuant to which Borrower has assigned to Lender all of Borrower's right, title and interest in the Leases and the Rents and income from the Property. All of the provisions of the Assignment are hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth at length in the text of this Mortgage. Borrower agrees to abide by all of the provisions of the Assignment.
Lease Assignment. “Lease Assignment” means the “Assignment and Assumption of Lease” conveying Seller’s interest in the Lease in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit “E” and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth at length.
Lease Assignment. The Lease Premises may not be sublet nor assigned without the prior written consent from the Property Management Section.
Lease Assignment. Upon Business Manager's request, if the Practice is the lessee of the Office under a lease with an unrelated and unaffiliated lessor, the Practice shall assign the lease to Business Manager upon receipt of consent from the lessor. The Practice shall use its best efforts to assist in obtaining the lessor's consent to the assignment. Upon request, the Practice shall execute any instruments and shall take any acts that Business Manager may deem necessary to accomplish the assignment of the lease.
Lease Assignment. Trustor acknowledges that, concurrently herewith, Trustor has executed and delivered to Beneficiary, as additional security for the repayment of the Loan, an Assignment of Rents and Leases (“Assignment”) pursuant to which Trustor has assigned to Beneficiary interests in the leases of the Premises and the rents and income from the Premises. All of the provisions of the Assignment are hereby incorporated herein as if fully set forth at length in the text of this Deed of Trust. Trustor agrees to abide by all of the provisions of the Assignment.
Lease Assignment. Tenant shall have the right to assign or sublease its interest under this Lease or portion thereof to a State agency or a State institution of higher education. Such arrangement will be memorialized in an amendment to this lease. Tenant shall not otherwise assign this Lease or sublet the Premises, except to a desirable tenant for a similar use and purpose, and will not permit the use of said Premises to anyone, other than Tenant, its agents or employees, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.
Lease Assignment. Buyer shall deliver to Escrow Holder four (4) original counterparts of the Lease Assignment duly executed by Buyer.
