Study Advisory Team Meetings. The CONSULTANT shall have a minimum of four (4) face to face meetings with the Study Advisory Team (SAT) for study coordination. The first meeting shall cover the project kickoff and the development of the Methods and Assumptions Document. Two (2) of these meetings are to be scheduled and held prior to each public meeting (can be held the same day) to gather the approval of the SAT on the information being presented. A fourth meeting should be held to finalize the crossing study and master plan. Uo to two additional SAT meetings may be held as deemed necessary, and can be conducted via teleconference or webconference.

Study Advisory Team Meetings. The role of the Study Advisory Team is to help guide and support our efforts, and provide a “reality check” to study team recommendations and deliverables. The Study Advisory Team will also help develop ownership of the plan and play a key role in establishing support for future recommendations and programs. Because this endorsement/ownership is critical, we plan to involve the Study Advisory Team throughout the project, listen to its members, and translate their ideas and suggestions—as well as issues and concerns—into a coordination model/design for the region that makes sense and has the best chance of meeting short- and long-term goals on an ongoing basis. We intend to meet with this group in two or three face-to-face meetings, allowing for additional meetings by videoconference and email discussions as needed. Xxxxxx\Xxxxxxx staff will work with MPO staff to schedule these meetings. We will prepare agendas and presentations, facilitate the meetings, and summarize meeting outcomes.

The Study Advisory Team shall comprise of representative parties of the City of Tea, Lincoln County, City of Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls MPO, SDDOT, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and SDDOT Office of Air, Rail, and Transit. Additional team members may be added as the study progresses. • A kick-off meeting should be held within 30 days of the beginning of the study. • A minimum of four (4) additional Study Advisory Team meetings are anticipated for study coordination. • Study Advisory Team meetings may be held via web conference or in-person with a web conference option.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Consultation Meetings (A) Upon request by the Union, the Secretary of the Department of Management Services or designee or the Agency Head or designee shall make a good faith effort to meet and consult on a quarterly basis. Such meetings shall be held at a time and place agreed to by the state and the Union.

  • Negotiations Meetings Negotiations meetings between said bargaining committees shall be private and scheduled for mutually satisfactory times and place(s). Both parties may utilize the services of consultants during the negotiation process. Only bargaining committee members, consultants, and other individuals mutually agreed to between the bargaining committees shall be present in the negotiating sessions.

  • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

  • Negotiation Meetings 1. Negotiation meetings will be scheduled at the request of the parties and, until negotiations are concluded, either party may require at each meeting a decision on the date, time, and place of a subsequent meeting.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party.   • Meetings Meetings of the Trustees shall be held from time to time upon the call of the Chairman, if any, or the President or any two Trustees. Unless provided otherwise in this Declaration and except as required under the 1940 Act, any action of the Trustees may be taken at a meeting by vote of a majority of the Trustees present (a quorum being present) or without a meeting by written consent of a majority of the Trustees. Any committee of the Trustees, including an executive committee, if any, may act with or without a meeting. A quorum for all meetings of any such committee shall be one-third, but not less than two, of the members thereof. Unless provided otherwise in this Declaration, any action of any such committee may be taken at a meeting by vote of a majority of the members present (a quorum being present) or without a meeting by written consent of all of the members. With respect to actions of the Trustees and any committee of the Trustees, Trustees who are Interested Persons in any action to be taken may be counted for quorum purposes under this Section and shall be entitled to vote to the extent not prohibited by the 1940 Act. All or any one or more Trustees may participate in a meeting of the Trustees or any committee thereof by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other; participation in a meeting pursuant to any such communications system shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
