Study Team definition

Study Team means the Study team members set forth in this Agreement, including the “Principal Investigator” “Local On-site Investigator” and others who carry out the study in accordance with the study protocol, including, but not limited to, employees, fellows, students and research associates.

Study Team with respect to a Project being defined means a team that is comprised of ColumbiaGrid and the following that choose to participate in such team: (i) any Planning Parties, (ii) any Affected Persons identified with respect to such Project, and (iii) any Interested Persons; provided that the Study Team for a Requested Service Project shall include only ColumbiaGrid and Affected Persons identified with respect to such Project. The Study Team for an Existing Obligation Project will develop solution(s) to meet the Need giving rise to such Existing Obligation Project. The Study Team for a Requested Service Project will develop a Project to serve the request giving rise to such Requested Service Project.
