Termination or Abandonment Sample Clauses

The 'Termination or Abandonment' clause defines the conditions under which either party may end or discontinue the agreement or project before its completion. Typically, this clause outlines the specific events, notice requirements, and procedures that must be followed for termination or abandonment to be valid, such as mutual consent, breach of contract, or unforeseen circumstances making performance impossible. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and agreed-upon process for ending the contractual relationship, thereby reducing uncertainty and potential disputes if the project cannot proceed as planned.
