Third Meeting. The program supervisor/administrator will review the IDP with the unit member. The program supervisor/administrator will also discuss elements to be included in the unit member’s Professional Growth Plan
Third Meeting two (2) to four (4) months after the Second Meeting. For clarity, the two to four month period will be counted during the Orchestra's contracted season . At this Third meeting, one (1) of the following actions must be taken:
(i) The Music Director informs the musician that an appropriate musical standard has been achieved.
(ii) The Music Director informs the musician that he will receive notice of non-renewal. In this case, formal written notice of non-renewal shall be provided to the musician within two weeks of the Third Meeting. A copy of the notice will be provided to the TMA.
(iii) In an exceptional case, a grace period may be provided. In this case the Music Director shall inform the musician that he is progressing in a satisfactory manner, but that the review period will be extended by a period of time to be determined by the Music Director. Such extension shall be limited to no more than two (2) meetings scheduled two (2) to four (4) months apart. At the end of the extended review period the Music Director must proceed with
(i) or (ii) above.
Third Meeting. At this meeting, we will discuss how it went discussing the birth plan with the Midwife/Doctor, potential childbirth education classes, preparing the hospital bag for hospital birth, labor and birth positions, newborn procedures, postpartum support/plans, as well as breastfeeding. I will need a copy of the birth plan at this time. A back up doula may come to this visit if a backup doula is desired.
