Staffing Adjustments. Consultant may make necessary staffing adjustments (other than Key Personnel) to the proposed staff (as shown in Consultant’s Breakdown of Costs for Services) provided: the alternate staff are appropriately qualified to complete the assigned tasks, any changes do not exceed approved billing rate maximums for the classification, and the Services can be completed without exceeding WOC (or task, if applicable) NTEs. Consultant shall e-mail notice to Agency Project Manager (“APM”) prior to implementing needed changes to staffing assignments.

Staffing Adjustments. 35 46.1 The District will fund seven (7) hours for Elementary Secretary/Registrar positions 36 at the elementary level for schools with less than 500 students, seven and one-half 37 (7½) hours for schools with 500 and eight (8) hours for schools with 600 or more 38 students enrolled. Once an elementary school enrollment triggers additional 39 Elementary Secretary/Registrar staffing, that staffing will remain in place until the 40 first official student count day of the next school year. 41
