Snow Removal Sample Clauses

Snow Removal. The plowing of snow from all roadways and unobstructed parking areas shall be at the sole expense of LESSOR. The control of snow and ice on all walkways, steps and loading areas serving the leased premises and all other areas not readily accessible to plows shall be the sole responsibility of LESSEE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, LESSEE shall hold LESSOR and OWNER harmless from any and all claims by LESSEE's agents, representatives, employees, callers or invitees for damage or personal injury resulting in any way from snow or ice on any area serving the leased premises.
Snow Removal. LESSOR will be responsible for the removal or other treatment of snow and ice on walkways, sidewalks, entryways and parking areas. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, LESSEE shall hold LESSOR harmless from any and all claims by LESSEE’s agents, representatives, employees or business invitees for damage or personal injury resulting in any way from snow or ice on any area serving the Building, provided LESSOR has performed this obligation absent LESSOR’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Snow Removal. Landlord shall keep the parking lot and public sidewalks adjacent to the Building and any sidewalks or stairways leading from the public sidewalks to the Building free from snow and ice. Snow plowing, snow shoveling and ice removal must be completed by 6:30 a.m. unless snow or wind conditions make this impossible. If the snow and ice removal is not completed by 6:30 a.m., Landlord will make every effort to complete the snow removal as soon as possible.
Snow Removal. During the Easement Term the City shall cause, and shall pay or cause a third party other than KAI, RCP or Bliss Sports to pay the costs and expenses of, plowing snow from the parking lots and access drives included in the Access and Parking Areas as reasonably determined by the City for the use of the Property.
Snow Removal. Licensee shall at Licensee’s own expense, remove snow from all portions of its Operating Area, including the removal of snow on, under, and around parked vehicles, the buildings, walkways, and other portions of its Operating Area in accordance with the Airport Snow Removal Plan. County, at its sole discretion, may assist with snow removal from Licensee’s Operating Area; provided, that County shall not be required to move or relocate parked vehicles to accomplish such snow removal. The Airport Director shall authorize the County to assist with snow removal from Licensee’s Operating Area.
Snow Removal. Tenant is responsible for snow removal from his private entrance(s) and shared fire escape(s), if any.
Snow Removal. The Owner, and not the Municipality, shall be responsible for keeping the parking and access areas free and clear of all snow and ice regardless of who owns those improvements or the lands upon which they are situate. No snow or ice from the subject lands shall be deposited on any municipal streets.
Snow Removal. User is responsible for the cost of snow removal from any of its designated soccer fields during the Usage Term in accordance with the Fee Schedule and the Snow Removal Policy set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Snow Removal. Landlord shall arrange for removal of accumulations of snow and ice from the drives, parking areas and walkways of the Property. If requested by Landlord, to facilitate snow removal work, Tenant and its employees and invitees shall park vehicles only in areas designated by Landlord.
Snow Removal. CASELLA shall be responsible for snow removal within the Premises and shall be responsible to perform all snow and ice removal necessary to its operations at the Premises.
