Snow Removal Sample Clauses


Snow Removal. The plowing of snow from all roadways and unobstructed parking areas shall be at the sole expense of LESSOR. The control of snow and ice on all walkways, steps and loading areas serving the leased premises and all other areas not readily accessible to plows shall be the sole responsibility of LESSEE.* Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, LESSEE shall hold LESSOR and OWNER harmless from any and all claims by LESSEEs employees, agents, callers or invitees for damage or personal Injury resulting in any way from snow or ice on any area serving the leased premises. *LESSOR


Snow Removal. Landlord shall cause snow to be removed from the parking areas and walkways adjacent to the Building to the same extent of snow removal provided to the parking areas and walkways at or adjacent to other buildings in EBP.

Snow Removal. Landlord shall arrange for removal of accumulations of snow and ice from the drives, parking areas and walkways of the Property. If requested by Landlord, to facilitate snow removal work, Tenant and its employees and invitees shall park vehicles only in areas designated by Landlord.

Snow Removal. Tenant shall assume and pay all expenses for snow removal for Tenant's parking and walkways to keep said property in a clean and safe condition.

The control of snow and ice on all walkways, stairs, and loading areas serving the premises and all other areas not readily accessible to plows shall be the sole responsibility of LESSEE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LESSEE shall hold LESSOR and OWNER harmless from any and all claims by LESSEE parties for personal injuries and/or property damage resulting in any way from snow or ice on any area serving the premises.

Snow Removal. As a Town Center Operating Expense, Landlord shall provide and/or contract for snow removal.

Snow Removal. Landlord shall keep the paved portions of the common driveways, walkways, sidewalks and parking facilities reasonably free of ice and snow.


Snow Removal  Tenant shall be responsible, and pay, for all snow removal from the Premises required for its operations.

Snow Removal. LANDLORD will have parking areas and driveways plowed when there is a six (6) inch accumulation of snow on the ground. It is the TENANT'S responsibility to shovel the snow on the sidewalk fronting TENANT'S leased PREMISES.

Snow Removal. Contractor will be responsible for the removal of snow and ice from all walkways, sidewalks and entrance stairs at all times; this will include weekend and after hours snowfall. Contractor shall provide all snow removal equipment, i.e. snow blowers, plows, shovels, etc. Snow / ice will be removed immediately as accumulations occur during the day or night, including weekends. All sidewalk areas to be maintained completely clear of snow / ice, spread snowmelt chemicals (approved by Agent) as conditions require throughout the storm and after the storm as conditions warrant. Remove snow / ice from crosswalks for easy pedestrian access. Truck entrances and loading dock areas to be completely free of snow / ice. All emergency exits must be clear of snow and ice. Sufficient personnel, as judged by Agent, shall be on site throughout the duration of the storm and subsequent cleanup. At all times, maintain the facility in a slip free condition.
