Trash Removal. The Licensee shall remove trash from the Cafeteria anytime that waste canisters are full or not less than once after every meal; whichever is greater. Any alteration to this provision must be directed in writing by the Licensing Officer.

Trash Removal. 1. Empty all trash containers, replace liners as needed; DO NOT place leaking trash bags on carpet/floor. Any damage caused by not adhering thereof, will be cleaned with appropriate tools and chemicals at the contractor’s expense.

Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties and damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with the provisions of this Section, and Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from and against any actions, claims and suits (including legal fees and expenses) arising from such noncompliance, utilizing counsel reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
Trash Removal. All trash generated by vendors must be disposed of in a timely manner in the dumpsters provided throughout the day and before leaving the Festival site each day. Vendors are not permitted to use the lined trash boxes located within the Festival area.

Trash Removal. All persons at the World Trade Center are responsible for providing for their own trash removal to a compactor provided by the Manager for this purpose. No other method of trash disposal is permitted without the express written consent of the Manager.
Trash Removal. Resident shall maintain the home (inside and out) free of accumulations of trash and garbage at all times and agree to dispose of trash in appropriate receptacles for collection. Resident is responsible for hauling away anything too large for normal collection. Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, the cost of removal from the Premises and the Building of so much of Tenant’s Rubbish as shall in any material respect, exceed that ordinarily accumulated daily in the routine of business office occupancy (“Extra Rubbish Removal”). Tenant, at Tenant’s expense shall store any refuse generated by the consumption of food or beverages at the Premises (so-called “wet garbage”) in an appropriate, separate facility, shall notify Landlord’s cleaning contractor of the existence of such wet garbage, and shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Premises or the Building while in Tenant’s possession by the existence of such wet garbage, including any leakage of such wet garbage.
