Trash Removal. The Licensee shall remove trash from the Cafeteria anytime that waste canisters are full or not less than once after every meal; whichever is greater. Any alteration to this provision must be directed in writing by the Licensing Officer.
Trash Removal. 1. Empty all trash containers, replace liners as needed; DO NOT place leaking trash bags on carpet/floor. Any damage caused by not adhering thereof, will be cleaned with appropriate tools and chemicals at the contractor’s expense.
Trash Removal. Xxxxxx agrees to dispose of its ordinary household trash by placing it into a receptacle for weekly collection. Xxxxxx agrees to dispose of extraordinary household trash by hauling it to the dump themselves or by paying someone to haul it away. Xxxxxx agrees to pay for trash collection service.
Trash Removal. Tenant covenants and agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to comply with all present and future laws, orders and regulations of the federal, state, county, municipal and local governments, departments, commissions, agencies and boards regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of trash. Upon request by Landlord, Tenant shall sort and separate its trash into such categories as are provided by law. Each separately sorted category of trash shall be placed in separate receptacles as directed by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to refuse to collect or accept from Tenant any trash that is not separated and sorted as required by law and directed by Landlord, and to require Tenant to arrange for such collection at Tenant's sole cost and expense, utilizing a contractor satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties and damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with the provisions of this Section, and Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from and against any actions, claims and suits (including legal fees and expenses) arising from such noncompliance, utilizing counsel reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
Trash Removal. All trash generated by vendors must be disposed of in a timely manner in the dumpsters provided throughout the day and before leaving the Festival site each day. Vendors are not permitted to use the lined trash boxes located within the Festival area.
Trash Removal. Trash must be disposed of in accordance with the directions of the Landlord. All trash must be removed as it accumulates in the Property. Trash may not be kept in closets, hallways, etc. Additionally, Resident may never place trash or debris outside of the front door to the Unit, in any common area of the building, on a patio or balcony or in private yards. If Resident violates these requirements or said Landlord directions, Landlord may without notice properly dispose of said trash or debris and charge Resident(s) accordingly. If Resident violates local ordinances for removal of trash/recycling and Landlord is fined, Resident must pay the fine and any costs incurred by Landlord as a result of Resident’s actions. All Residents in the Unit will be jointly and severally responsible for such charges or costs.
Trash Removal. Tenant shall pay the cost of any trash removal required in connection with its use of the Leased Premises.
Trash Removal. All persons at the World Trade Center are responsible for providing for their own trash removal to a compactor provided by the Manager for this purpose. No other method of trash disposal is permitted without the express written consent of the Manager.
Trash Removal. Resident shall maintain the home (inside and out) free of accumulations of trash and garbage at all times and agree to dispose of trash in appropriate receptacles for collection. Resident is responsible for hauling away anything too large for normal collection. Management will hire someone, at resident’s expense, to pick up trash or debris if left neglected for more than one week.
Trash Removal. Tenant covenants and agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to comply with all present and future Legal Requirements regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash (collectively “Rubbish”). Tenant shall sort and separate the Rubbish into such categories as provided by law. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of trash or recycling laws. Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, the cost of removal from the Premises and the Building of so much of Tenant’s Rubbish as shall in any material respect, exceed that ordinarily accumulated daily in the routine of business office occupancy (“Extra Rubbish Removal”). Tenant, at Tenant’s expense shall store any refuse generated by the consumption of food or beverages at the Premises (so-called “wet garbage”) in an appropriate, separate facility, shall notify Landlord’s cleaning contractor of the existence of such wet garbage, and shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Premises or the Building while in Tenant’s possession by the existence of such wet garbage, including any leakage of such wet garbage.
